Workshops

🌀 This two-day exploration offers unique, in-person training to facilitate reconnection to our ancestry, through visionary journeys to the Iron Age peoples of the British Isles and accessing the ancestral memory which is held within the land. It will also introduce an early Irish cosmological model, which, when engaged with in an animistic way, functions beautifully as a ‘medicine wheel’, and despite being at least 1500 years old, can be applied entirely successfully to our modern existence.

🌀 With the growing acknowledgement of the appropriation of indigenous cultures around the world, there is an increasing need for those of us from these isles to rediscover our own practices. We feel the soul urge to connect with something authentic; a way of honouring the land, our ancestors, and the spirits of the wild places.

🌀 Through exploration of the clues left to us by our Iron Age ancestors, the mythology of early Medieval Ireland and Wales, and through deep listening to the land and our powerful guides and allies, we can find our way back to our roots, acknowledging the past, while forging a new path forward for the 21st century.

🌀 This workshop will combine the teachings of the weekend with Deep Visioning and energy perception practices. No prior experience of meditation or journeying is neccessary. The Deep Visioning technique will be transmitted much like a guided meditation. We reccommend that along with your journal/notebook, you bring an A4 folder as you will be receiving a number of handouts to support your learning.

The workshop may challenge some existing misconceptions around all things ‘Celtic’, but in doing so, clear the way for a deeper, more authentic connection.
